It is estimated that nationally, there are approximately 200,000 homes affected by Chinese defective / corrosive drywall and of those, approximately 73% are located Florida.

The term “Chinese Drywall” really means defective or corrosive drywall. BKI successfully completed the first National Training and Certification Program designed to assist those who have been affected by the corrosive Drywall crisis. With multiple certifications provided by the Building Envelope Science Institute, and a company-wide commitment to continuing education, BKI is ready to inspect, consult, remediate, and document your defective / corrosive drywall.

Our services include participation as an expert witness, a Certified Defective Drywall Remediator, Certified Defective Drywall Consultant, and Trainer. Additionally, we follow the documentation, collection, and preservation, requirements recently established by the U.S. District Court to insure that your defective / corrosive drywall evidence is properly preserved.
